Abstract

The concept of KUR accessibility and an MSME methodology are used in this descriptive qualitative study. Key informants, the Micro Area Sales Executive and Customer Service of BSI KCP Bantaeng, as well as additional informants, customers or MSMEs who used the KUR product, provided the data sources. Observation, interviews, and documentation were the techniques utilized to get the data. In order to reach conclusions, data processing and analytical methods were used in two stages: study findings and discussion. The findings demonstrated that KUR's accessibility at BSI KCP Bantaeng significantly increased clients' company scale. These positive impacts include increased working and operational capital, expansion of business premises, modernization of asset procurement, and increased monthly turnover and profits. One of the crucial findings in this study is the occurrence of a multiplier effect in the form of absorption of new workers from the surrounding community as the business scale of customers develops from micro to small or medium, which directly helps reduce unemployment at the local level. These results lead to the conclusion that the contribution of KUR BSI KCP Bantaeng financing does not only touch the individual economic aspects of business actors but also brings massive socio-economic impacts to the local community in Bantaeng Regency. As an implication and suggestion, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Bantaeng is expected to continue to maintain and simplify bureaucratic procedures through digitalization to reach MSME actors in remote areas. In addition, BSI KCP Bantaeng is advised to strengthen its role as a strategic mentoring partner through regular financial management training and business literacy, to ensure productive use of capital while maintaining the long-term sustainability of customer businesses, and BSI KCP Bantaeng can further enhance information dissemination activities related to KUR financing and other sharia products so that they can be known by all elements of society in Bantaeng Regency.
